Payments Specialist

You'll sit at the centre of our payments process, making sure client payments are collected, applied and reconciled accurately, and that anything falling behind is picked up early.

What you'll be doing

• Processing incoming payments and applying them to the right client accounts.
• Managing pre-authorised debit runs and resolving failed payments.
• Reconciling payment records and investigating discrepancies.
• Working with Client Experience and Collections on accounts in arrears.
• Responding to client billing and payment queries.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a payments, accounts receivable or billing role.
• Strong attention to detail — this role lives on accuracy.
• Confident Excel skills and experience with an accounting system.
• A calm, professional manner when handling payment conversations with clients.
