Business Sales Consultant

Our Business Sales Consultants open the conversations that grow Peninsula. You'll be speaking with owners and directors of Canadian small and medium-sized businesses about the HR and health & safety risks they're carrying, and booking quality appointments for our field sales team.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to business owners and decision makers across Canada.
• Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Hitting daily and weekly activity and appointment targets.
• Keeping every interaction logged accurately in Salesforce.

What we're looking for

• Resilience and energy — this is a phone-based role and rejection comes with it.
• Some sales, telesales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential.
• Clear, confident communication and a genuine competitive streak.
