Account Manager

Winning a client is only the start. As an Account Manager you'll own a portfolio of Canadian businesses, keep them engaged with the services they're paying for, and be the person they call when they need something.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through renewal.
• Running review calls to make sure clients are using their HR and health & safety services.
• Spotting opportunities to add value and introducing additional services where they fit.
• Coordinating with our advisory, documentation and health & safety teams on client requests.
• Flagging at-risk accounts early and working the retention plan.

What we're looking for

• Experience in account management, customer success or client service, ideally B2B.
• Strong organisation — you'll be juggling a lot of accounts at once.
• Confidence explaining a service clearly to a non-expert.
• A commercial mindset and comfort with targets.
