About Peninsula Canada

Peninsula takes the risk and hassle out of HR and health & safety management – for over 6,500 Canadian business owners

We started as a small business

When Peter Done launched Peninsula in 1983, it was the first of its kind.

Before then, employers didn’t have access to round-the-clock HR support. Instead, they had to either take a risk or pay costly legal fees.

For 40 years since, Peninsula’s experts have guided employers through their toughest workplace challenges. And today, our services go beyond HR to cover health & safety management, legal assistance, smart software support, employee wellbeing, and so much more.

We are trusted by over 140,000 businesses across the world. In Canada, we support over 6,500 businesses in 8 provinces, providing a service tailored to your business needs.

Our goal is to help you succeed...

Since our start in 2017, the Peninsula Canada family has grown from a few people to hundreds.

And we are all committed to providing exceptional service to small businesses across the great white north.

We help small businesses grow. This is what we all come into work for every day. By doing the heavy work of HR and workplace safety compliance for them, we help business owners save time, money, and the hassle of staff management.

Although we've grown over the years, we're still a small business at heart. And our mission is to help other small businesses achieve their version of success!

Peninsula saved me $4,000 to $5,000 in consultation. Using Peninsula’s services has given me peace of mind and the energy, time, and resources to focus on how to improve our business, how to market our business, and deal with other aspects. So, this big part HR and health & safety management, is now off my list.
